What is IMPACTraining?

IMPACTraining is an innovative approach to functional small group training. Participants will focus on moving in a 3D environment, and will learn how to incorporate strength, power, balance, and core in a way that leads to unforgettable workouts and undeniable results, as well as better movement and functionality in daily life. Using a multitude of functional training equipment, IMPACTraining classes are guaranteed to challenge all participants. Each class varies in focus style, but are suitable for all fitness levels. *Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the start time. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of the small group training fee being applied to the member’s account.

Note that IMPACT series classes are progression based and enrollment is not on a per class basis. Series are non-refundable within 24 hours of start time.

IMPACT CLASSES


IMPACT Core Infusion with Michelle

An emphasis will be placed on core strengthening, hip stability work, and mobility exercises that runners, triathletes, cyclists, swimmers, and SUP athletes need to work on to balance out their cardiovascular activities. If you want to get faster, reduce your risk of common overuse injuries, and feel stronger this class is for you.
Day: Wednesdays, 9:35 – 10:05am
Fee: $15 + tax per workout

IMPACT Kettlebell Hustle and flow with Sheena

Work on basic techniques and learn compound movements and kettlebell flows that will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as your functional strength. All levels welcome. Kettlebells of varying weights will be used for a variety of exercises from the swing to the farmer’s carry.
Day: Thursdays, 12 – 1pm

IMPACT Metabolic Madness with Brandi

Hit the body with a healthy dose of high-intensity training incorporating short intervals with strategic recovery periods done pyramid-style. Transform your body with targeted movement complexes that are stacked together for an intense, challenging workout.
Days: Mondays, 10 – 11am, Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:45am & 12  – 1pm
Fee: $20 + tax per workout

IMPACT Pure Plyos with Bre

Plyometrics can best be described as a reflexive form of power training – exercises that are explosive and athletic! Pure Plyos is a half hour class of everyone’s favorite exercises; burpees, jump squats, power lunges, box jumps, and much more! This is a class made up of short intervals with lots of speed and strength. Come join us – but don’t forget to bring your towel and a water bottle!
Day: Mondays, 5:30 – 6pm
Fee: $15 + tax per workout

IMPACT Strength & Conditioning with Brandi, Cristal, & Michelle

Break out of linear workouts with this fitness class that challenges you to move weight in all directions for a full 360 degrees of loaded movement. Push your performance in 3D – the way your body was
meant to move. Note: Brandi’s class includes a cycling element for indoor cardio intervals.
Days: Mondays, 5:45 – 6:45am (Brandi), Thursdays, 6 – 7am (Michelle)
Saturdays, 9:30 – 11am, (Cristal) (This class is 90-minutes long with 30 minutes of muscle recovery at the end.)
Fee: $20 + tax per workout

IMPACT Strength with Pilates Fusion with Brandi

Get the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of high intensity, full-body using all the fun tools in our IMPACT Studio with 30 minutes of focused pilates mat exercises to focus on proper core development.
Days: Fridays, 5:45 – 6:45am
Fee: $20 + tax

IMPACT TRX EXPRESS with Michelle

This class is designed to efficiently work your entire body in 30 minutes. Learn proper TRX technique so you can get the most out of your workout. If you want to move better, challenge your core, improve strength, posture and balance, this class is for you.
Days: Wednesdays, 6:15 – 6:45pm, Fridays, 9:35 – 10:05am
Fee: $15 + tax per workout

IMPACT Women on Weights with Cristal

You know weight training is good for your bones, health, and physique, but not sure where to start? This class will help you to build your confidence in lifting weights with various equipment.
Days: Mondays, 12 – 1pm
Fees: $20 + tax

IMPACT Work It Circuit with Sheena

The perfect combination of work and functional mobility = success. This hour long class focuses on both work and recovery. Get your heart rate up with a fast paced, full body workout followed by Precor’s “Superfunctional Move” program. This addition to the Work It Circuit HIIT class is designed to regenerate and restore the body using trigger point release, dynamic movement integration, and relaxation strategies. Take your exercise to the next level with this exciting new workout!
Day: Tuesdays, 12 – 1pm
Fee: $20 + tax per workout

IMPACT SERIES


IMPACT 6-Week Winter Conditioning with Bruce

The focus of this class is primarily to prepare the participant for outdoor athletic actives. The class will also address balance, functional movement, and anaerobic capacity. This class will be best suited for active, athletic individuals interested in physically challenging workouts in a fun group environment.
Days: Thursdays, 6:15 – 7:15pm
Fee: $150 + tax for series

IMPACT 8-Week Body Transformation with Brandi

Are you ready for true results? In the body transformation program we focus on all aspects of health/fitness: nutrition, behavior modification, effective exercise prescriptions, and accountability. Space limits apply.
Days: Mon./Wed./Fri., 8:15 – 9:15am (exercise component); Nutrition component is done privately.
Fee: $1,600 + tax for full 8-Week Program

IMPACT YOUTH SERIES


IMPACT 4-Week Youth Sports Performance with Nick

Every athlete needs strength, balance, agility, core, power, and mobility. This series delivers just that for your 13 to 17 year old. See a difference on the field, court, or course next season. Space limits apply.
Day: Wednesdays, 4 – 5pm (Starts the first Wed. of the month.)
Fee: $80 + tax for series
